Joey took Maci to the Daddy-Daughter Dance for our city. She got a new dress, sweater, and necklace for the big dance. For Maci's 100th day of school project we made a giant heart shaped sugar cookie and put100 M &M's on it. Her friend Colette painted beans and glued them to a canvas.

For Christmas Eve Kaity and Andy came over with the kiddos along with the Abbott family. We ate pork tamales, chimichangas, beans and rice, and chips with homemade salsas. Bryce turned 3 years old and had his very first friends birthday party. We went all out.....okay, not really, but it still turned out great. Aubree is finally here. Bryce and Maci no longer have to ask how much longer until Baby Sister is here! Aubree was born on September 25th at 3:23pm. She weighed 8 lbs and was 21 inches long. Maci finally got her first pedicure over Labor Day weekend. She loved it and couldn't stop smiling the whole time. Monday was a big day at our house. Our FIRST child had her FIRST day of kindergarten. I was a little worried about her first day because the night before she didn't sleep at all due to excitement. Unfortunately we were out of town for Maci's Spring Show this year. However, the weekend before we left out of town she performed at an elementary school fund raiser. Grandma and Grandpa Z came to visit about a month ago. The only pictures I took were at Color Me Mine. I have been wanting to try this place out for awhile, but wasn't about to try it alone with two kids. It worked out great having Grandma there to paint with Maci and I could help Bryce. The finished products turned out great! Although it's hard to tell in these pictures.
